The upscale Al Bateen locality is the home of elite locals of Abu Dhabi, overlooking the Persian Gulf, with family beaches lining the elegant Corniche promenade.
This villa was designed keeping in mind maximum natural light with use of glass curtainwall on all sides of the villa. Well placed Top-Hung windows let in the ventilation when required. Client decided to use our pleated insect screens on these top-hung windows. Our screens added value to the façade and maintained the elegance of the interior décor.
